The Process
Imagine having a personalized mug with your name on it and your favorite coffee ready in just a minute! We’re setting up a unique pop-up café in the heart of Tel Aviv, and we need a special operating system to make that happen. The big opening is in only five weeks, can you help?
Nespresso, a famous coffee company, introduced a new machine called Vertuo in Israel, offering larger cup sizes. To celebrate, the company wanted to launch a pop-up café. Nespresso asked Webstick to quickly build a system that could manage the whole process, from ordering to distribution. In just four weeks, Webstick delivered a system that made ordering and receiving a personalized cup of coffee a breeze.
With this new system, the customers could easily fill out a quick form upon arriving at the café and choose the cup style. The orders went through the system to the store and then to the printing department. Meanwhile, the customer could leave the queue, and as soon as the branded item was ready for delivery, the customer could enter the store, choose a coffee, and receive a beautiful, branded cup with the new coffee blend.
There was a challenge in sending order confirmations via text message, but Webstick constructed a secure way to do it. The system also created detailed daily reports about the orders, giving Nespresso valuable consumer and stock insights.
Even though the project had tight deadlines and was quite complex, it was a huge success. Nespresso’s customers in Israel loved the final product, and with some adjustments, the system was used over for many more events and pop-ups Nespresso took part in.
Working with the Webstick team turned out to be a simple and friendly process. The system we received was of the highest standard, and was built at record speed. There is no doubt that we will turn to Webstick in the future for similar projects.
