• Shai Skandrani CEO & Founder

  Shai founded Webstick as a home for people who love what they do. The 12 years of experience in the field of web development, and more than 7 years as a marketing lecturer in the Israel’s tech academies, enable Shai to advise and support both businesses & young startups in their mission to develop and grow and "code their needs with digital experience”

• Gal Ish Shalom CTO

  Gal Ish Shalom, developer from an early age, has a rich experience in developing information systems and complex websites. He designed and implemented systems in his military service, is an ex senior programmer at Ness TSG and currently manages the development field at Webstick. He also teaches philosophy and martial arts.

• Bar Grinberg Biz Dev

  With experience in managing complex projects, Bar combines deep technological understanding with strategic business thinking. He leads Webstick’s business development and operations, from optimizing workflows and implementing efficient methodologies, to managing and guiding the project management team, solving complex challenges, and overseeing the onboarding process for new clients. In addition, Bar is responsible for special strategic initiatives that drive the company’s growth, and excellence.

• Polina Malyadskaya Client coordinator

  With a background in engineering, Polina brings structure, organization, and precision to managing website projects. She thrives on creating smooth, efficient workflows while building strong connections with clients.
  She is passionate about continuous learning and enjoys working on personal projects, traveling, and meeting new people.
  Outside of work, Polina loves staying active, practicing yoga, exploring new hobbies, and spending quality time with family and friends.

• Chaser (RIP) Atmosphere manager

  Our beloved Chaser held many important roles. She greeted guests and visitors with warmth and charm, making everyone feel welcome and at ease. She excelled at optimizing employee leisure time, gathering tennis balls from around the office, monitoring bread crumbs, and fulfilling all general cuddling and snuggling needs. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit still lingers in our hearts and memories.

• Carmel Keinar Client coordinator

  Carmel holds a degree in Psychology and Communication from Ben-Gurion University and brings her love for people, creativity, and precision into her Client management. She oversees website launches and handles the ongoing maintenance of active sites.
  Outside of work, Carmel enjoys painting, hiking in nature, and spending time with friends over a glass of wine and good conversation.

• Tali Vainberg Executive Assistant to the CEO

  Tali is a Sociology student at Tel Aviv University and a former IDF officer with four years of service. She brings a strong people-oriented approach, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in problem-solving into her work. As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, she supports day-to-day operations, helps manage processes, and contributes to effective decision-making through clear communication and organization.
  Outside of work, she enjoys reading, practicing yoga, and staying active through sports.

  Our special work member is actually an AI Bot. BizyBot is a smart chatbot equipped with Artificial Intelligence, a coacher and a tailor made CRM
  

• Leah Klinger HR & Office Manager

  Leah is a highly skilled professional who oversees all aspects of human resources and office management within the company. With her extensive experience in HR, she brings invaluable knowledge and serves as an integral asset to the organization. In addition, Leah has been actively involved in facilitating personal development groups for several years. During her leisure time, she indulges in reading books and embarking on travel adventures
