A system for managing Nespresso’s marketing campaign in the field. The campaign was to have a café in the heart of Tel Aviv provide a cup of coffee as a gift to customers. This campaign included printing the customer’s name on a cup and gifting it to them filled with hot, high-quality coffee, in exchange for social media likes on select networks. The system managed the line at the entrance, verified the production of the glasses, managed the marketing commitment of the customer, and even ensured that there were no duplications, all with brilliant success.
A candidates portal, created for the Scouts, which manages the selection, examination and evaluation of potential candidates for a service year. It assists throughout the entire selection process including the registration, recommendations of battalion heads, evaluation workshops, and ratings of the candidates. It then manages the recommendations and placement preferences of those that are successfully selected. The system filters and manages thousands of candidates a year.
An event management software which was established to manage the events held by bars and clubs at their venue. It can manage many events per evening and therefore increase the venue’s performance. It provides quick responses to prospective events, manages the relationships with clientele, tracks any incoming and future events, manages the activity every evening, verifies the profitability of the events, and creates reports on the output of promoters operating in the business. This software has been active for over 8 years and has proven very profitable for the venue owners.
A system developed for a law firm that manages property tax accounts for its clients. The system enables the firm to verify the accuracy of the property tax payments for its clients, and provides a dashboard which allows the clients to follow the firm’s actions, and view the savings and efficiency of the law firm’s processes.
A unique system, and the first of its kind in Israel, which assists real estate companies that handle purchasing groups. The system accompanies the project from its earliest stages until completion. It helps attract tenants to apartments through appraisal reports, creates regular updates, and handles payment division between group members. These include payments and personal contracts, keeping track of funds, agreements with suppliers and payments made to them. With a convenient and user-friendly dashboard, team members can keep track of payments they have made, pending payments, the status of the budget and the progress of project’s execution.
A smart chatbot we developed at WebStick, which was funded by Israel Digital for the municipal authorities. The chatbot is connected to an inquiry management system and is intended for municipal authorities and large companies. It shortens and streamlines the handling of customer inquiries by creating a direct connection to the employee who handles the matter.
